Drive the growth of Ark Climate, help cities reach net zero and learn crucial commercial skills.
As our Go-To-Market Intern (all genders), you are an essential part of Ark Climate’s sales team. This role is critical because you will help set the foundation for the Ark's sales strategy and processes. You will play a dual role of both helping to sell the product and helping to build our sales organization as the company grows.
You will have the unique opportunity to gain deep insights into the inner workings of a fast-growing climate tech startup, which ideally prepares you for your own potential founding journey.

- Generate leads: Explore different options to generate leads - from events over cold outreach to networking.
- Work with potential new customers: Join and lead discussions with potential customers, and explore with them how we can help them best achieve net zero.
- Go-to-Market Strategy: You develop and fine-tune our go-to-market strategy, ensuring alignment with our company objectives.
- Scaling the Sales Organization: You grow the sales team by optimizing our processes and hiring new talent.
- Tech-Driven Sales Optimization: Implement and optimize sales tools (CRM, AI-driven offer generation) and define metrics to track and improve sales performance.
