
What you will work on
Support our customers reach net zero, and learn a holistic skillset from stakeholder management until product development.
In this project study (all genders), you will play a pivotal role in supporting local governments on their path to net zero. You’ll work at the heart of the business - shaping the way we support our customers and how their needs influence our product. You are a “spider in the web” how we would say in German learning what customers need and bringing this to the product team while helping our customers use our product and draw most value from it.
Your challenge:
- Scale customer success: Design and implement smart processes and tools that help us deliver excellent, scalable, and personalized support across a diverse customer base.
- Listen to our customers: be the first contact person for their questions, ideas and concerns and help them draw maximum value from our software
- Learn what our customers need: Identify where our product meets (or exceeds) our users expectations - and where it doesn’t.
- Turn Feedback into Action: Gather and analyze customer insights, transforming them into actionable recommendations that inform product development, sales strategies, and go-to-market approaches.
- Collaborate on Product Delivery: Work closely with our product and engineering teams to bring new features to life and into the hands of our customers.
